Shipping policy

Products will be shipped as soon as possible within 1-3 business days and will arrive within a week of drop off depending on location. Orders placed on Friday may not start shipping until Monday/Tuesday due to post office hour availability on Saturdays and Sunday. 

Preorder items will not start shipping until we have the product physically. We receive our products close to release date, often past release date from our distributors. Shipping labels may be created beforehand which may cause you to see that the order has started shipping. 

Our expected deliveries may be delayed due to holidays, large order quantities, etc.
